European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases
From the 21st to the 24th of April Vircell had the pleasure of participating in the 28th edition of the European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ECCMID). Each year the congress gains more importance, and on this occasion more than 5,500 abstracts were presented and almost 13,000 scientists and clinical experts from all over the world attended. The commercial hall housed 198 exhibitors. The “Top 5” participating countries were: United States, Spain, United Kingdom, France and Germany.
The Vircell stand received hundreds of visitors and we are really pleased with the great interest shown by attendees to learn more about our diagnostic solutions, specially on VirClia®, that counts already with more than 80 products in its catalogue. As we did in previous exhibitions, we organised live demos of the VirClia® instrument that raised great interest.
