At the past edition of the American conference ICAAC (Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy), the prestigious Colombian laboratory DINAMICA IPS presented a new scientific communication regarding Speed-oligo® Direct Mycobacterium Tuberculosis.
The event, organized by the American Society for Microbiology (ASM), took place in San Diego, California last month from September 17th to the 21st and had a huge attendance: primarily health professionals, especially infectologists, clinical microbiologists and researchers. This international conference is considered a very prominent event, involving the participation of major American and international universities showcasing their latest studies.
The presentation was held by Dr. Leonel Andrés González Niño, a Molecular Biologist specializing in Infectious Diseases from DINÁMICA IPS. He met with a large number of researchers, many of whom were from Asia, and they highly appreciated Speed-oligo®. They stressed that it is an easy PCR test, quick and simple to interpret, and the possibility that the kit offers detection of non-tuberculosis mycobacteria.
